Sie sind Bestandteil des Zuwendungsbescheides beziehungsweise des Zuwendungsvertrages (im Folgenden einheitlich "Zuwendungsbescheid"), soweit in ihm nicht ausdrücklich etwas anderes bestimmt ist. Zuwendungen aus folgenden Fonds werden von der ANBest-EU erfasst: 1. ESF+ Europäischer Sozialfonds Plus 2. EFRE Europäischer Fonds für regionale Entwicklung (inklusive Interreg A) 3. JTF Fonds für den gerechten Übergang 4. EMFAF Europäischer Meeres-, Fischerei- und Aquakulturfonds 5. ELER Europäischer Landwirtschaftsfonds für die Entwicklung Eingeschlossen in den Anwendungsbereich dieser Nebenbestimmungen (mit Ausnahme der Nummer 6) sind die aus dem EFRE unterstützten Vorhaben im Rahmen des Aktionsbereichs Interreg A des Ziels "Europäische territoriale Zusammenarbeit) gemäß Artikel 5 Absatz 2 Buchstabe b der Verordnung (EU) 2021/1060 und Artikel 3 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a der Verordnung (EU) 2021/1059. Ausgenommen vom Anwendungsbereich dieser Nebenbestimmungen sind die Finanzinstrumente des Landes Brandenburg nach Artikel 2 Nummer 16 der Verordnung (EU) 2021/1060 in Form von Fonds. Für den ELER hat die EU-Kommission die Förderperiode 2014 - 2020 um zwei Jahre gemäß Artikel 1 der Verordnung (EU) 2020/2020 verlängert, so dass der ELER für die verlängerte Förderperiode 2014 - 2022 die ANBest-EU 14 weiterverwendet.
